Dantax's John Jensen (right) and Michael Borresen (left) share a well-earned smile over their new baby.
When I asked Jensen why he got back in the speaker business after years of being out of it (he currently owns an airline, among other things), he told me that when he started out, fresh from the Danish army, he used to sell Radio Shack-like speakers in what became a chain of electronics stores. (This was years before he bought Scan-Speak.) After decades of selling far-less-than-state-of-the-art transducers, the chance to invest in an ultra-high-end loudspeaker company and "build a Ferrari" proved irresistible.
